Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

We offer free return shipping in the following cases:

  • Incorrect size received (not as per size chart)
  • Damaged or defective product
  • Wrong item delivered

🚚 Returns for Customer Preference

  • Product not liked
  • Color variation
  • Size received as per chart but does not fit

Return shipping cost to be borne by the customer. Only store credit will be issued.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items (US Orders)

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Items not in original condition
  • Products with minor handloom thread pulls
  • Clearance sale items (unless defective/incorrect size)
  • Home décor items (report within 24 hours with unboxing video)
  • Food, lingerie, perfumes, and cosmetics (unless damaged with video proof)

  • Unused, unwashed, and stain-free
  • Odor-free and in original condition
  • Returned with original packaging and tags
  • Properly folded and packed

Return Policy – International Customers (Non-US)

We currently do not offer standard returns for international orders but review requests on a case-by-case basis.

📏 Size Issues

  • Share product measurement with measuring tape
  • If size chart is incorrect → eligible for refund/store credit
  • If size matches chart → no return/refund/store credit

🚫 Non-Returnable Items (International Orders)

  • Clearance/sale items
  • Color, fabric, or preference-based dislikes
  • Handloom thread pulls
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Food, lingerie, cosmetics, and perfumes

Unboxing Video Guidelines

  • Record a single continuous video (no cuts or edits)
  • Show sealed package, all sides, and opening clearly
  • Display product condition and quantity
  • Submit within 6 hours of delivery
  • Do not accept tampered packages

Note: Minor marks or threads are not considered damage.

Cancellation Policy

⏱ Within 24 Hours of Order Placement

  • Cancellation allowed with 6% deduction (payment processing fee)
  • No deduction if opting for store credit

⏱ After 24 Hours

  • Generally not accepted
  • If approved: 10% shelving fee applies
  • No deduction if opting for store credit
