Deletion request will be processed within 3 working days, but please be aware that once this request has been made customer may lose access to your account immediately.

1. You will not be able to log into your account on www.Indiakreations.com Website & App. All order history will be deleted.

2. After receiving the details from the customer, we will verify account holder details to protect your personal information.

3. Our technical team will then action the request on priority and will update you as soon as this request has been actioned. This can take maximum up to 3 working days.

DELETING YOUR ACCOUNT DOES NOT MEAN:

That we will delete all of the information we hold about you. The right of deletion is not an absolute right; we may need to keep your information for the following reasons:

1. Where your information is still necessary for the purposes for which we collected it, for example to comply with our contractual obligations relating to the purchase of our products.

2. We must keep it to comply with our legal obligations, for example information relating to your purchases must be kept for statutory audit and tax purposes.

3. We need it to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
