- Sprouting enhances the nutritional value of the grain. How to Use
- Mix : Take 2 tablespoons of Sri Aharya Ragi Flour in a bowl and add 150 ml of water.
- Cook : Dissolve it without any lumps by stirring the mix thoroughly and cooking for 3 minutes
- Serve : Once cooked, add the required hot milk & Sugar/Buttermilk & salt as per one's taste
